Katie: I saw your plea for help against unwanted sexual comments. There is a way, if the comments are specifically directed at you, to avoid them, but it is bit radical: You can copy all your material, close down (delete your blog) start a new blog without your name and use a pseudonym and then notify only your friends that this is your blog and to refer to the "pen Name" you are using.
If you are on a blog which is public, however, you are going to attract nut-cases. there are a surprising percentage of mentally ill people out there.
